Bercé dans l’univers hautement éclectique du bassin caribéen, DJ MISTER JO fit sa première apparition dans le monde de la nuit guadeloupéenne en 2003.
En effet, c’est en grandissant dans des ambiances musicalement variées que lui vint d’abord l’envie de composer, puis de mixer. Etant mélomane et ouvert d’esprit, il ne restera pas cantonné à un seul registre musical et travaillera ses mixes sur des styles tels que la world music (Hip Hop, R’N’B, House, Dance, Disco, Funk do brazil, Kuduro, etc…) ainsi que la musique caribéenne (Soca, Jump up, Dance hall, Meringué, Zouk, etc).
Cet engouement pour la diversité fera de lui un Deejay et un animateur généraliste.
> 2003 – 2006 : Apres avoir animé de nombreuses soirées au Fonzy bar (Daoly) et bien d’autres lieux… DJ MISTER JO décide pour la première fois de participer à un concours de DeeJay Interuniversitaires (Guadeloupe, Martinique et Guyane) en 2006 dont il sort vainqueur.
> 2006 – 2010 : À la suite du concours il rejoint l’équipe du COMPLEXE LE PEOPLE au sein duquel il acquiert sa résidence et enflamme de nombreuses soirées depuis maintenant 4 ans.
> Été 2010 : DJ MISTER JO participe et sort VAINQUEUR de la GREEN SYNERGY édition 2010 organisé par HEINEKEN et TRACE FM (concours de DJ le plus prestigieux des Antilles anglaise et française).
Se professionnalisant, DJ MISTER JO mixe pour de multiples productions de la scène antillaise (AUDIO FAN, BEL CONCEPT, MIXO PROD, BLUE MAGIC PROD, MOZAIK ART) lors de soirées telles que : les NUITS LONGHORN, les MILLES ET UNE BULLES, WOK LINE, les BLACK JEWELS, le CHOC DES DJ’S, la BIRTHDAY MOZAIK ART et bien d’autres encore…
Ainsi, DJ MISTER JO collaborera avec des artistes et des groupes locaux et internationaux tel que BIG ALI, FAT MAN SCOOP, MULHER MÉLANCIA, COSTULÉTA, MAGIC SYSTÈME, ADMIRAL T, RIDDLA, JUNIOR X, ZOUK LOOK, BENZ’N, JEAN-MARC FERDINAND, BURNOUT SOUND, DMC SONORISATION…pour ne citer qu’eux.
DJ MISTER JO : Deejay club et d’évènementiel le plus complet de sa génération en terme de technique, de diversité musical et d’animation.

Rocked into the famous eclectic world of the Caribbean, DJ MISTER JO did his first step into the game as a DJ seven years ago.
In fact, he grew up in an atmosphere full of different styles of music which gave him the need to produce music in a first time, and then moved on the Mix.
Being open-minded and a real music lover, he automatically started to use his skill for a large range of music styles like World Music (Hip Hop, R’N’B, House, Dance, Disco, Funk Do Brazil, Kuduro, etc…) and Caribbean Music (Soca, Jump up, Dancehall, Meringue, Zouk, etc…) which has rapidly made him a generalistic DJ.
> 2003 to 2006: After having put the fire in so many nights at the Fonzy Bar (Daoly) and a bunch of other famous places…DJ Mister Jo decided for the first time to participate to a Dj Challenge, It was the Interacademic battle of DJs including Djs from Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guyana. From this great competition which took place in 2006, Dj Mister Jo went out victorious!
> 2006 to 2010: Following this event Dj Mister JO could join the COMPLEX LE PEOPLE team where he planted his roots and makes fire on the roof and the dance floor for 4 years now.
After that, DJ Mister Jo became so much more professional and due to this evolution he could mix for so many other different Caribbean productions (AUDIO FAN, BEL CONCEPT, MIXO PROD, BLUE MAGIC PROD, MOZAIK ART) with LES NUITS LONGHORN, the MILLES ET UNE BULLES nights, the WOK LINE nights, the BLACK JEWELS nights, the CHOC DES DJ’S nights, the MOZAIK ART BIRTHDAY and so much more…
> Summer 2010! : DJ Mister Jo went back home with one of the more prestigious distinction for a West Indian DJ : WINNER from the GREEN SYNERGY Edition 2010 organised buy HEINEKEN and TRACE FM (competition electing the most talented DJ of the French and English West Indies).
DJ MISTER JO also collaborated with some local and international Artists such as BIG ALI, FAT MAN SCOOP, MULHER MÉLANCIA, COSTULÉTA, MAGIC SYSTEME, ADMIRAL T, RIDDLA, ZOUK LOOK, BENZ’N and more…
