SoUs Le GrOunD
SoUs Le GrOunD est un sound system qui oeuvre dans l’underground martiniquais depuis 2003. Né à Montréal, le concept s’est installé en Haïti, puis en Martinique. Entièrement créolophone, avec une animation caribéenne propre aux sounds systems, le collectif se veut ouvert sur le monde et les musiques d’ailleurs (Electro, UK garage, Kwaito, 2step, Funk, Dub, Acid Jazz, Afro Beat…) en les mettant à sa sauce. Avec JeReMaYaH comme operator, le selector PaRaDoX aux platines et MaKanDJa en tant que MC. SoUs Le GrOunD anime tous les samedis soirs sur RFO Martinique.
SoUs Le GrOunD is a sound system which works in the underground from Martinique since 2003. Born in Montreal, the concept settled down in Haiti, then in Martinique. Completely creole-spoken, with the Caribbean animation of sound systems, this collective is open minded on the World and its musics (Electro, UK garage, Kwaito, 2step, Funk, Dub, Acid Jazz, Afro Beat…), but by putting them on his proper feeling. With JeReMaYah as operator, the selector PaRaDoX in the mix and MaKanDJa as MC. SoUs Le GrOund broadcasts every Saturday evening his programm on RFO Radio Martinique.
